Shipping inside Kuwait only.

1. Free cancellation within 12 hours from when order is placed 

2. Items can be returned at the same time of delivery with the courier personnel however delivery charges are still applicable.

NB: For any exchange or returns, customer need to pay delivery charge 

3. Items can be exchanged however it is customer responsibility to return the unwanted item (delivery charges paid) and place a new order.

4. We try hard to accept all returns however they need to be in the original box or bag, securely packed. If applicable, returned items should include tags and necessary packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoes box.

5. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund.

6. Orders that are placed through the website can not be exchanged or refunded in our physical stores.

7. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method (KNET, Credit Card).
